Turbo Websites – Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: Nov 20, 2025
Welcome to Turbo Websites (“Turbo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing, accessing, or using our website design and development services (“Services”), you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services
Turbo provides rapid-development website design services based on information supplied by the Client.
Our core service includes:
A custom website design based on the selected plan.
A discovery process via onboarding form or call.
Delivery of the website within the stated timeframe once all required content has been provided (see Section 3).
Hosting, maintenance, domain registration, email services, AI agents, integrations, and third-party tools are not included unless explicitly stated in the Client’s package.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information required for building the website, including text, images, branding assets, preferences, login credentials, and any other requested materials.
Approve designs, provide feedback, and respond promptly to avoid delays.
Ensure that all provided content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Turbo is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete information, late responses, or inaccurate materials.
3. Delivery Timeline (“3-Day Delivery” Policy)
Turbo offers an expedited 3 business day delivery for qualifying projects. This 3-day timeline applies only to websites that fall under the Landing Page / Starter Plan.
Premium and Professional plans that fall on a larger project than a landing page—including multi-page websites, advanced features, or custom functionalities—may require additional time. The exact timeline will depend on scope and the Client’s responsiveness.
The 3-day delivery window begins only after the Client has:
Completed the full onboarding form with all required information, or
Completed a Discovery Call where all needed details have been provided.
If the form or call is incomplete, missing content, or pending approvals, the delivery timeline will be adjusted accordingly.
Client delays, including slow responses or multiple rounds of feedback, may extend the timeline.
To maintain the 3-day delivery promise, the Client must provide all required content upfront. This includes, but is not limited to: brand guidelines, copy, images, and section-specific materials.
If the Client requests a Portfolio section, the Client is responsible for submitting:
3 to 8 projects maximum, and
For each project: the selected images and at least a title or short description, clearly indicating which images belong to which project. Turbo can and will assist with elevating copy based on descriptions and information given.
If portfolio content is incomplete, unclear, or not explicitly approved (for example, images are provided without confirmation that they are intended for portfolio use), Turbo may need to pause production. Turbo is not responsible for delays caused by missing, unapproved, or ambiguous content, including time spent sourcing content from external platforms for approval.
Client delays, including missing materials, unclear instructions, or slow responses, will automatically extend the delivery timeline.
4. Portfolio Authorization
The Client expressly grants Turbo Websites the right to:
Display the completed website,
Use screenshots, layouts, branding, and non-sensitive information,
Mention the Client’s business name and industry,
for marketing and portfolio purposes—including our website, social media, presentations, and advertising materials.
Clients wishing to opt out must request this in writing before the project begins.
5. Revisions (Updated Specifications)
Each plan includes a round of revisions. The Client is entitled to up to 3 minor revisions.
A minor revision includes:
Image changes
Text corrections or updates
Adjustments to colors that do not change the approved design direction or color scheme
Major revisions—including structural layout changes, new pages, feature additions, redesign requests, or changes that alter the initial approved concept—may incur additional fees.
6. Payments & Refunds
All payments are due upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Turbo does not offer refunds once work has begun, as our production process starts immediately.
Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate project suspension and may result in legal recovery of fees.
7. Third-Party Services
Turbo may integrate third-party tools or platforms (e.g., hosting providers, plugins, booking systems, analytics tools). The Client acknowledges that:
Turbo is not responsible for the policies, pricing, or performance of third-party services.
Any recurring third-party fees are the Client’s responsibility.
8. Intellectual Property
Turbo grants the Client a non-exclusive, fully paid license to use the final website assets once the project is paid in full.
Turbo retains ownership of:
internal frameworks, templates, components, animations, design systems,
any custom code or tools created by Turbo unless explicitly transferred.
Client-provided materials remain the property of the Client.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any private business information shared during the project. This does not apply to publicly available elements or items used in Turbo’s portfolio as permitted in Section 4.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turbo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our liability is capped at the total amount paid by the Client for the service.
Turbo is not responsible for:
SEO results,
business performance,
website downtime caused by third parties,
misuse or unauthorized modifications by the Client.
11. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify Turbo from any claims or damages arising from:
Client-provided content,
infringement of third-party rights,
misuse of the website or services.
12. Termination
Turbo may terminate a project for non-payment, abusive conduct, failure to provide required materials, or violation of these Terms.
No refunds will be provided for partially completed work.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Florida unless otherwise required by law.
14. Changes to Terms
Turbo may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

15. Hosting Services (Optional Add-On)

Hosting is not included in any Turbo Websites package. The Client may:
• Purchase hosting from Turbo at the published monthly rate, or
• Use an external hosting provider.

A hosting plan is not required to begin the design and development process. However, the Client must communicate their hosting decision—whether using Turbo Websites’ hosting or a third-party provider—within 24–48 hours after submitting the onboarding form.
Failure to confirm a hosting decision within this timeframe may delay final delivery, launch, or handoff of the website.
If the Client has any questions regarding hosting options, pricing, or setup, they are encouraged to contact Turbo promptly so we can assist and avoid unnecessary delays.

Turbo is not responsible for hosting outages, security issues, maintenance, server performance, or any third-party hosting problems.

16. External Hosting Configuration Fee

If the Client provides a hosting account or domain that is not fully configured (e.g., DNS, SSL, nameservers, domain connection):

Turbo may charge a one-time Hosting Configuration Fee of $30–$50.

This fee covers developer time and is non-refundable.
If hosting is already fully configured, publishing the website incurs no additional cost.

17. Client Responsibility for Access & Credentials

The Client must provide correct, complete access credentials for any hosting or domain provider used.
Turbo is not responsible for delays caused by:
•Incorrect credentials
•Two-factor authentication issues
•Locked or inactive accounts
•Limitations imposed by external hosting providers
•DNS or domain propagation times

Additional troubleshooting may incur fees.

18. Ownership of Website Files

After full payment:
•The Client owns the final website files and content.
•Turbo retains ownership of internal tools, libraries, design systems, or proprietary IP.
•Turbo may provide exported website files upon request, but migrations or reinstallations are not included unless contracted separately.

19. No Liability for Third-Party Hosting Providers

If the Client selects external hosting, Turbo is not liable for:
•Downtime
•Security breaches
•Slow performance
•Plugin conflicts
•Server outages
•Data loss
•Domain or registrar issues
